Field Edge is part of my Monochrome Embroidery Collection of pictures. They all feature graphic portraits of trees in landscapes based on the countryside of East Hertfordshire. Each picture is meticulously machine embroidered on thick, white wool felt using a palette of black and white embroidery thread. Careful manipulation of the stitch and background gives a three-dimensional quality to the artwork.
This picture comes with an antique white mount ready for framing
